THE HYVE®创立于2017年,总部在中国上海,是一家餐饮与娱乐业的孵化器。THE HYVE®将改变社会看待饮食的方式以颠覆性的烹饪模型激发企业家精神。他的 “厨师居住计划”将每6个月从世界各角落寻找到新的天才。THE HYVE®将为餐饮业这一传统行业进行一场颠覆式的革命。THE HYVE®帮助小创意转化成为成功的大公司!我们正在筹划建立第一个实体餐厅,名为“THE HYVE®”,在那里,我们提供优质的平台,同时也引荐我们的合作投资方,给到有抱负的年青创业厨师在我们的实体餐厅进行六个月的“居住计划”

公司是由YuniNick2017年成立。THE HYVE®迅速开始培养餐饮业和夜生活的项目并且在上海成功的孵化了第一批餐饮概念。我们超级自豪能把心爱的DEUS Cocktail Club数在我们孵化的概念里。根据我们投资组合的增长, 2018年,我们的团队仍在努力工作,继续协助将创新的餐饮娱乐概念带到中国。

2018年11月16日至11月18日,第一站,上海,三日两轮的厨师争霸赛在上海静安嘉里中心已完美落幕,现场反响强烈,热闹非凡。我们召集了4位在海选中脱颖而出的年青厨师们(Chef Sergio Moreno - 食社The Commune Social;Chef Peter Lin - 镛舍The Middle House;Chef Roger Xiao - T8餐厅;Chef Ying Yu – 喜喜小馆)进行两两比拼。最终冠军厨师由来自喜喜小馆Chef Ying 获得,他将有机会在我们之后的THE HYVE®实体餐厅进行6个月的“居住计划”并已现场获得价值5,000美金的现金奖励。THE HYVE®厨师争霸赛的举办,就是为了孵化厨师餐厅梦想,让餐饮娱乐相结合,开展一场颠覆式革命。THE HYVE®厨师争霸赛仍持续计划2019年在中国的主要城市举行各为期三日的快闪活动并同时在2019年第三季度在上海孵化我们HYVE第一家实体餐厅。

THE HYVE®H, a disruptive new player in the culinary industry, is landing in China!

THE HYVE® is a culinary incubator, established in Shanghai in 2017. THE HYVE® is a disruptive concept, combining elements from incubator, restaurant and lounge to create the market’s first “living” culinary incubation platform.

We help little ideas realize big success! We are soon opening our first permanent THE HYVE® restaurant, where aspiring chef-entrepreneurs can take up a 6-month residency program to refine their concept, management acumen and network with partners & investors.

Established in 2017 by Yuni and Nick, THE HYVE® quickly went to work to cultivate ventures in dining & nightlife.We’re super proud to count the beloved DEUS Cocktail Club as among our concepts. As our portfolio grows, in 2018, we are working hard to take innovative food & beverage concepts to China.

In November 2018, THE HYVE® introduced Chef Trials, a live master chef cook-off series aimed at generating awareness, buzz and excitment for the brand. At its first stop in Shanghai, THE HYVE® Chef Trials concluded a successful 3-day, 2-round competition at the Jing’An Kerry Center from Nov. 16-18. We selected four of the city’s most talented young chefs: Chef Sergio Moreno - The Commune Social;Chef Peter Lin - The Middle House;Chef Roger Xiao - T8 Restaurant;Chef Ying Yu – Xixi Bistro. The champion of Chef Trials Shanghai was Chef Ying of Xixi Bistro who will now have a chance to have his concept incubated in at THE HYVE® and receive a $5,000 cash prize. While THE HYVE® Chef Trials continues onto other culinary hubs in China such as Chengdu, Guangzhou, Xian, Beijing,we eagerly anticipate the grand opening of our first, permanent “THE HYVE®” restaurant incubator location in Shanghai in 2019!
